Where does the data come from?

Foreclosure notices from the Harris County Clerk, values and aerial imagery from HCAD, tax statements from HCTax and flood zones from FEMA maps.

How fresh is it?

We check the county daily. The list for a sale is complete once the filing deadline passes, 21 days before the sale.
